A quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) method was used to detect and quantify CBPV in infected bees, ants and mites. A minus-strand-specific RT-PCR was used to assess viral replication. These results suggest a new way by which the infection may be spread and other sites of viral persistence in the close apiary environment. %G English %2 https://anses.hal.science/hal-00414769/document %2 https://anses.hal.science/hal-00414769/file/Detection_of_Chronic_bee_paralysis_virus_in_various_hosts_version_HAL_210909.pdf %L hal-00414769 %U https://anses.hal.science/hal-00414769 %~ ANSES
